The idea of this blog came from the desire to share our adventures and our trips. I wanted to tell more about what we liked or not during our trips, and to share our tips and recommendations. Whether you simply want to escape through my articles or you are looking for advice, you should find what you need!

Who am I ?

My name is Lucie, I am 24, and as far as I can remember, I have always wanted to travel. When I was little, I had a fascination with the US and I would display pictures of different big cities in my room. I also had the complete set of “New York” paintings: if you grew up in the 2000s, you know exactly what I mean, don’t pretend you don’t.
Anyway, my passion for the US has passed, but the taste for travel has definitely stayed.

As soon as I had the opportunity, I went to study abroad for a semester, and to do so, I chose Estonia.
There, generally people respond “oh really, why??” I could have chosen Spain, Italy or Germany, indeed. But I wanted a real change of scenery on all levels. It was a challenge : I wanted to prove to myself that I was capable of living alone for 6 months in a country where I didn’t know anyone and where I didn’t speak the language. Somehow I needed this.
This experience was very enriching on different points of views, both culturally and humanely.

In any case, after those six months, I decided to join my boyfriend in Estonia to settle with him. Then after a year, we decided to travel in Europe for a few months since, that’s well known, travel broadens the mind. So you understood it: the “we” on this blog refers to my boyfriend and I. 🙂
